Processing & Fulfillment
All orders are made to order and typically require 4–7 business days to process before they are shipped. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Shipping
Orders are shipped within the United States using the shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note that shipping times begin after your order has been processed and fulfilled, not when the order is placed.

Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation is received.

Delayed or Lost Packages
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the selected carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package appears to be lost or has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us at and include your order number.
